Professional Negligence Solicitor (Managing Associate) sought for leading, Top 30 law firm.

The firm

Our client is a prominent, Top 30 UK law firm with multiple offices and an impressive international reach.

The firm's leading Professional Negligence Department handles high-profile negligence actions arising from corporate and project collapse, fraud, financial scandal, and poor professional service.

The role

Due to growth, the firm is looking to welcome a Professional Negligence Solicitor with 6+ years' PQE to the team at Managing Associate level.

This role has a construction industry bias, an area the firm are Legal 500 ranked for. It is a pivotal hire due to strategic growth across their broader Real Estate practice, which is one of the largest and most diverse in London.

The role will entail:

  • Handling claimant professional negligence action against construction professionals
  • Acting for major developers, property investors, banks, occupiers, contractors, and consultants
  • There is also opportunity to work on a broader scope of matters, including professional negligence action against solicitors, investment advisers and accountants
  • Supervision of junior Associates

Required
