Key Responsibilities:

Manage planning projects, applications, and appeals.

Conduct planning due diligence and research.

Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants.

Maintain planning schedules and records.

Represent the company in meetings with stakeholders and authorities.

Stay updated on planning regulations and policies.

Deliver planning-related training and maintain RTPI status.
Requirements:

RTPI Membership.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
