COMPANY
We have an excellent opportunity to work as a Multi Trader for a company that provides one-stop design, build and maintenance services to high-profile customers, primarily building developments in the commercial sector.
Operating as a Multi Trader, you will be provided with a company vehicle (Manual) to attend sites in London.
Some tasks will last 2 hours and some will last 2 weeks, offering a great deal of variety. There is also sometimes work available at the weekends to increase your annual wage even further.
ROLE
This role will best suit a motivated and reliable Multi Trader who has a great work ethic and is able to work effectively without any supervision.
You will be given operational support, a diarised management system for scheduling jobs each week, along with procedures to ensure paperwork is handled efficiently.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Good carpentry, constructing partition walls and boarding
Small plaster repair and tile repairs
Understanding and executing minor roofing repairs
Addressing water leakage issues in roofs
An honest and reliable person, possessing the work ethic and skills to consistently produce work of the highest standard
Able to use initiative and work under minimal supervision
Good time management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers
Holder of a CSCS card nice to have
Possession of basic hand tools nice to have
