Duties to include:

• Undertake reactive repairs.
• Prepare Risk assessments.
• Coordinate works that may require additional external tradesman, specialists and consultants.

Skills:

• Full clean Drivers Licence.
• Electrical and plumbing skills.
• Strong understanding of H & S regulations and requirements.
• DBS check.
