Are you experienced in a transactional/Leasing across the London Real Estate Market?

GKR International is representing a very well structured and already high-performing business with a mixed use asset portfolio including industrial, commercial, serviced office and self-storage units.

Due to immediate growth plans, they are looking to add a Leasing Manager to the team, who will help drive transactions and enterprise relationships across mid and large scale self-storage assets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leasing & Revenue Optimisation

· Develop and implement a strategic leasing plan to optimise occupancy and revenue across the portfolio.
· Created and negotiated customised leasing packages for enterprise clients, offering flexible contracts, long-term agreements, and value-added services.
· Identify opportunities for ancillary revenue streams, such as add-on services and partnerships.
· Work closely with the team to develop targeted campaigns and lead generation strategies for enterprise leasing.

Business Development & Market Expansion

· Build and nurture relationships with brokers, real estate agents, corporate partners, and industry contacts to drive leasing opportunities.
· Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and tenant demand to continuously refine leasing strategies.
· Attend and represent  at industry events, networking forums, and business conferences.

· £40,000 basic salary with £70,000 OTE
