Job title: Junior Project Manager - Construction

Salary : Up to £35k + Bonus

Location : Deptford

My client is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join their team, the ideal candidate will be one who is a good all-rounder. This role will be ideal for someone who is great at managing multiple projects at once, is disciplined, organised and process driven. Ideal candidate will be relatively local to the office.

Duties :

• Management of multiple projects
• Procuring materials for projects and organising timely delivery
• Assisting senior project management with day-to-day tasks
• Booking and organising internal contractors
• Managing group installation calendars and work schedules
• Liaising with clients and suppliers
• Providing installation teams with drawings and project information
• Maintenance of the centralised project tracking system
• Providing clients with method / risk assessments
• Taking and logging deliveries
• Assisting of the management of warehouse and stock
