Our client, a high-quality construction and refurbishment business is searching for a talented Aftercare Maintenance & Small Works Manager to join their team.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll ensure customers receive exceptional aftercare support while managing a steady flow of maintenance tasks and small projects. You’ll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly — coordinating trades, solving problems, and making sure clients feel looked after.

What you’ll be doing:

• Responding to aftercare queries and ensuring swift resolution
• Managing small works from initial request through to completion
• Organising labour, materials, and schedules and logistics
• Building strong relationships with clients and contractors
• Keeping accurate records, reports, and project updates
• Supporting continuous improvement across the aftercare function

• Experience in aftercare, maintenance, or small works management
• A calm, organised approach with excellent communication skills
• Confidence dealing with clients and managing expectations
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Knowledge of construction or refurbishment environments
