? Salary: £97,414 - £121,767 + £5,000 car allowance

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Property Services to join our Property Services senior leadership team to deliver our M&E servicing and repairs service across all Clarion properties.

You'll be responsible for ensuring Clarion's supply chain partners deliver M&E services that deliver prompt and safe services that respond to the needs of our residents and have systems in place to monitor and manage Health and Safety on site.

We'll look to you to implement the Property Services strategy and business plan and take personal responsibility for a limited number of mission-critical contracts, managing a portfolio of major facilities services in line with the overall supplier management strategy.

You'll hold a degree level qualification in a property related discipline and/or leadership and have experience in delivering M & E services within the housing sector. We are looking for someone who also has experience as a Head of Service in a Housing Association, having led on cultural change.
