Are you a technical leader looking to drive innovation in a fast-growing, stable start-up? I'm working with a scaling SaaS company that provides no-code app development solutions to 150+ global clients across law, finance, construction, education, and marketing .

They're looking for a Head of Engineering to lead and grow their 12-person engineering team (Developers, QAs, SREs, and Project). You'll shape the technical strategy, improve processes, and ensure the successful delivery of projects in a high-paced environment.

• Lead, mentor, and scale an engineering team while fostering a strong team culture
• Oversee technical strategy, project delivery, security, and compliance (ISO27001)
• Drive best practices in Node.js, Vue.js/React, AWS, PostgreSQL, Docker, JavaScript
• Manage stakeholder relationships and align engineering efforts with business goals
• Implement process improvements, Agile methodologies, and operational efficiencies

• Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role (SaaS or scaling start-up ideal)
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in the team's tech stack
• Skilled in team building, project management, and stakeholder engagement
• Experience in growing and scaling teams to meet business needs
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
