We are currently looking for a Head of Digital Delivery - Building who will be the Operating Unit's senior digital capability lead, driving the delivery of Skanska UK's Digital Transformation strategy and turning vision into real project impact. You will shape how digital is embedded across the business, ensuring innovation, consistency and excellence in delivery.

Leading multi-disciplinary teams across BIM and Digital Construction, Information Control and Data Analytics, you will translate enterprise strategy into practical, high-performing solutions that improve project outcomes and create value for our customers. You will play a pivotal role in connecting central Digital, Data and Technology functions with operational teams, making sure digital delivery is aligned, effective and future focused.

As the Head of Digital Delivery - Building, you will:

  • Own the delivery and performance of digital capability across the Operating Unit, ensuring alignment with Skanska's enterprise Digital strategy
  • Lead the BIM & Digital Construction, Information Control, and Data Analytics functions as a coordinated, high-performing multi-disciplinary capability
  • Translate strategic central Digital, Data, and Technology priorities into consistent, scalable delivery across projects and operations, endorsing the Lightweight Change Model
  • Ensure compliance with Skanska standards, industry requirements (including ISO 19650), and customer Digital obligations across all projects
  • Define, monitor, and improve Digital Delivery performance through KPIs, data insights, and targeted interventions
  • Manage resource demand and allocation across the OU, enabling efficient utilisation and supporting flexible resourcing across Operating Units

We are looking for:

  • Demonstrable experience leading digital delivery within the built environment (e.g. construction, engineering, infrastructure)
  • Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, including BIM/Digital Construction, Information Management, and/or Data & Analytics
  • Track record of delivering digital strategy and driving adoption at scale within complex project or operational environments
  • Strong experience of working within industry standards, including ISO 19650 and information management frameworks
  • Experience of operating at a senior level within an Operating Unit, Business Unit, or equivalent delivery environment
  • Experience managing resource allocation, demand planning, and delivery across multiple projects or portfolios
