Fire Consultant - Career Growth with a Leading Consultancy

An established fire consultancy based in South East London is seeking an ambitious Fire Consultant to join their team of highly skilled experts.

As a Fire Consultant, you will undertake Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments, review existing FRA reports, and evaluate fire strategies. You'll also provide quality and technical oversight on construction projects, ensuring compliance with British Standards.

Your responsibilities will include liaising with clients to deliver expert fire safety advice, staying updated on current legislation, and developing fire safety strategies and management plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments
• Review and implement fire strategies and FRA reports
• Perform fire door and compartmentation surveys
• Provide technical monitoring on construction projects
• Use Bluebeam for documentation and assessments
• Develop fire safety strategies and identify solutions to fire safety challenges
• Prepare comprehensive documents, policies, and procedures

• Registration on the FRAR (Fire Risk Assessor Register)
• Experience conducting Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments
• Knowledge of fire doors and compartmentation surveys
• Familiarity with Bluebeam software
• Strong understanding of British Standards and fire safety legislation
• Proven ability to develop fire safety strategies and solutions
• A proactive approach to career progression in fire consultancy

• Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
