Description

• Ensure the efficient operation of office facilities, including managing office supplies, equipment, and services.
• Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with contractors to resolve any facility-related issues.
• Assist with the management of office layouts, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide support for internal events and meetings, including arranging rooms, catering, and technical equipment.
• Help manage office security systems and oversee building access procedures.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining sustainability and energy-saving initiatives across the office.
• Act as the first point of contact for any facilities-related queries or requests from staff.

Profile

• Previous experience working in a facilities role within a law firm, accounting firm, or corporate banking environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
