Key Responsibilities:

Interpret client briefs and develop detailed, accurate estimates through site visits and drawings.

Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver comprehensive bids.

Manage tender opportunities and supplier relationships.

Calculate materials and hours for construction projects.
-
Coordinate subcontractor pricing and attend site/tender reviews.
-
Ensure compliance with building regulations and tender documentation.

Support the Estimating Manager with various functions.
Key Skills and Experience:

Experience within the Data Centre sector is essential

Proven main contracting experience, including
M&E building services
.

Familiarity with architectural, civil, and builders' works packages.

Strong understanding of
building regulations
and estimating processes.

Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.

Excellent communication skills and client interaction abilities.
