A large and ambitious FM provider who works across a number of commercial sites across the UK, is looking for a Multiskilled Engineer for a client based in Central London. Our client aims to deliver exceptional results and make a positive difference to millions of people.

Your new role
You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment across various sites. You will also ensure compliance with the 18th edition wiring regulations and Part P of the Building Regulations. In addition, you will be required to:

• Complete all necessary PPMs to SFG20 and reactive maintenance schedules within agreed timescales and to ensure all necessary work orders and paperwork are completed accurately and as required
• Prioritise and complete maintenance and repair work to agreed timescales.
• Electrical testing and repairs of buildings and various other systems where required to do so across multiple sites
• Work in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Liaise with clients, customers and other contractors as needed
• Provide technical advice and support to other team members
• To carry out permits and inductions where required
• Keep accurate up to date records of all maintenance activities, inventory, and spare parts, and report any issues or recommendations to the supervisor or manager
• Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems
• Update job records electronically to enable live reporting

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will require relevant experience of operating as an Electrical Engineer within a commercial environment. You will also require:

• NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
• 18th Edition
• Level 3 Award in Wiring Regulations
• NVQ 3 of City and Guilds 236 Part 2
• Willingness to undertake non-electrical related tasks as required to support the wider team (subject to any safety training required)
• Experience in electrical maintenance and/or installation work
