Electrical Design Engineer

Our client are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis.

Skills Required:

• Multiple industry experience e.g. Datacentre/Mission Critical/Commercial/Labs
• 6-8 years’ experience working in Electrical Design within manufacturing or construction
• Worked on large scale projects end-to-end
• Knowledge or experience of RIBA Design stages (Stage 1 through to Stage 4A tender design)
• Electrical Engineering or Building Services Qualification
• Must be eligible to obtain high level of Security Clearance

Responsibilities:

• Delivery of engineering services from design through to construction
• Support the team with finalising and refining the design before sending to tender
• Attend meetings with Directors, stakeholders and customers to explain design reasonings and next steps
• Produce electrical design calculations
• Work through the RIBA design stages
