Construction Project Manager

Venn Group are working with a client based in London to recruit for a Construction Project Manager

Duration : 1.5 years

Location : South London

The successful candidate will:

• Oversee the repair and maintenance of large accommodation blocks and offices
• Manage large teams of contractors
• Work alongside Stakeholders and Programme Managers
• Ensure project meets deadlines and targets

The successful candidate will have:

• Have a HMO / residential project background
• Experience in managing capital projects worth £4 million +
• Experience working on projects focused on repair and maintenance
• Strong and clear communication skills
