SITE MANAGER REQUIREMENTS

Site Manager - Overview

• Carpentry experience an advantage
• Experience of working on timber buildings
• Responsible for overall site construction and delivery of project
• Ability to supervise coordination of high-end finishes
• Ability to manage and think ahead
• Enforce strict H&S and site discipline
• Liaison with existing Project Managers, Construction Manager and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
• Ability to run impeccable paperwork
• Procure labour and materials
• Checking and preparing site reports, drawings and designs
• Coordinating with Construction Manager and PM and all site operatives

Timeline

Some out of hours or weekend work may be required.
