Are you a seasoned Electrical Engineer with strong commercial maintenance experience? We're looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team and take on a key role in maintaining critical building systems.

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) - Ensure all electrical systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Reactive Maintenance & Fault Finding - Diagnose and repair faults quickly to minimize downtime.
Electrical Installations & Upgrades - Work on power distribution, lighting, and emergency systems.
Testing & Inspection - Conduct compliance checks, including 18th Edition wiring regulations.
BMS & Control Systems - Monitor and adjust Building Management Systems (BMS) for optimal performance.
Fire Alarm & Emergency Systems - Maintain and test fire alarms, smoke detectors, and emergency lighting.
Compliance & Safety Documentation - Ensure all work meets regulatory and safety standards.
Multi-Skilled Support - Collaborate with mechanical and fabric engineers when needed.

?? Fully Qualified Electrical Engineer - NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition required.
?? Strong Commercial FM Experience - Proven background in maintaining commercial buildings.
?? Proactive & Solutions-Oriented - Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
?? Knowledge of Compliance & Safety Standards - Experience with BS 7671, BMS, and emergency systems.
