Property Manager (Block) - SW London (hybrid) - c£50k

We’re working with a long established firm of Chartered Surveyors providing wide ranging property consultancy services across Prime SW and Central London.

Within their Block Management team, they now seek an additional Property Manager as follows:

• 2-4 years direct and committed Property Management experience (professional qualifications beneficial but not essential - can be supported in post)
• Reporting in to a SW London office base, working from home up to 2 days per week if desired (once settled)
• Standard hours 9am to 6pm Mon-Fri with 1 hour for lunch
• Managing a Central & SW London portfolio of mixed blocks, all in good order and long held
• Undertaking the full range of duties, from budgets to insurance, repairs, major works and inspection
• 360 degree role with autonomy, make the portfolio your own and receive incentives for any additional revenue streams generated (new blocks won, major works identified etc.)
• Clientele are cooperative and knowledgeable, so your approach should be quality led, accountable and communicative at all times
