Bid Coordinator

Our client a major Tier 1 Main Contractor in Central London, are currently looking for a Bid Coordinator to join their bid team.

The Role:

As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the pre-construction team, supporting the bid and proposals process from start to finish. You will work closely with a bid manager, estimators, and technical teams to deliver compelling, high-quality submissions that secure major projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing bid documentation and ensuring all requirements are met
  • Coordinating submission deadlines and liaising with internal teams
  • Editing and formatting bid responses to maintain high presentation standards
  • Supporting the bid writing process, ensuring consistency and accuracy
  • Researching clients and projects to tailor responses effectively
  • Assisting in post-bid reviews and lessons learned processes

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in bid coordination, ideally within the construction or built environment sector
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign
  • A team player with a keen eye for detail
