The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

Join a tight-knit team of 15 where your contributions matter. You'll manage projects from £1m to £100m+ , working directly with clients across high-end residential, hotels, commercial, healthcare, and student accommodation. Expect hands-on leadership, client engagement, and mentoring junior staff -with a clear path to Associate Director .

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• Client-focused professional with strong leadership qualities
• MRICS ideally or currently working towards
• Strong Pre and Post Contract experience
• Strong Quantity Surveying background in UK consultancy /PQS environments
• A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
