Sustainability is now at the core of their projects, and they are looking to keep growing their expertise in the market. They have ambitious growth plans and are looking to expand their presence in the London market. They are ideally looking for someone very people-centric to promote performance and really focus on developing a team and culture in that office.
Your New Role
As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for developing and managing the London office. You will need to grow the reputation in London and develop the team promoting the highest quality delivery and customer service. You will also make decisions to grow this delivery capability in London by hiring a team underneath you and helping influence the overall direction of the company going forwards. The role will include a clear line into a full Directorship within 1-2 years, as long as both parties are happy. This step up will include equity into the business.
