An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent
Assistant Contracts Manager
to join our client's successful and established construction company
Reporting to the Contracts Manager you will be responsible for:

Ensuring works undertaken by the repairs team are commercially viable

Effectively supporting the management of all day to day contracts within a geographical region

Perform contract administration duties for a range of contracts for reactive repairs, disrepair and void works

Undertaking pre contract works including agreeing specifications with client teams, pricing works using schedule of rates packages and tracking orders

Completing post contract works which includes monitoring projects from a cost perspective agreeing and capturing variations on site and submitting valuations and period billing for completed works
To be considered for this role you will need:

Excellent knowledge of
Nat Fed SOR's
-
Recent experience within a similar role working in a commercially focused housing and/or contracting business

Working knowledge of regulations

Practical experience of managing projects

Staff management
-
Budgets
Hours of work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
£50,000 PA + Company Car and Fuel card
