About the Role - As Mechanical Construction Manager, you will be working closely with the Project manager and responsible for:

• Coordination and Management of Mechanical Subcontractors
• Assisting in up front Engineering and Pre-Construction activities
• Setting up H&S paperwork and processes
• Bread and Butter Procurement
• Tool box Talks and inductions
• Driving of project program and reporting progress to the management team
• Involvement in client and progress meetings
• Overall for successful and smooth running of the site

Responsibilities - Candidates will ideally come from a trade Background (Plumber / Pipefitter / Welder) and be experienced in managing sub-contractors on schemes in excess of £5million. You will also hold:

• In date CSCS trade Card
• SMSTS
• Have proven record working in a site manager’s capacity
• Strong man management and communication skills
