Our client is a property services company who established itself in the early 1970s, They are a family owned, medium sized building contractor, with an increasing annual turnover of £10 million. Predominantly working throughout the North West.

Due to new contract wins they are looking for a general builder to carry out works on multiple projects across Merseyside.

The projects include

· Refurbishments and maintenance

· Extensions

· Fit out projects

· Apartment schemes.

We are looking for a general builder/multiskilled operative who can carry out the following works

· Joinery

· Plastering

· Bricklaying

· Lintels

· Groundworks – flagging etc.

This opportunity provides long term work for the right person.

To be considered

· Experience as a general builder/multi skilled tradesman is essential

· Refurbishment/maintenance/extension work is essential

· CSCS card required.

You will be required to have

· Asbestos awareness

· Working from heights

· Manual handling
