An exciting full-time opportunity has arisen to join an expansive property and lettings company based in the heart of Liverpool City Centre. We are looking for a Sales Negotiator to assist the Lettings Director in ensuring that all properties are let in a timely manner across a range of new build properties in Liverpool itself. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in property sales negotiations.

Main duties and responsibilities:
Conduct property viewings with potential tenants
Negotiate rental agreements on behalf of clients
Liaise with tenants to ensure smooth transactions
Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding available properties
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Understand the local lettings market
What we need from you:
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a lettings / property negotiation role.
Driving licence and own vehicle
Strong IT and communication skills
Excellent organisational, prioritisation and planning skills.
Professional conduct and attitude to enhance the company’s reputation.
