ROLE

Advise a range of clients including investors, developers and corporate occupiers, on diverse and complex real estate matters.

Handle a broad caseload encompassing acquisitions, disposals, leases and development agreements.

Support clients on strategic land transactions and regeneration projects.

Work closely with other teams, such as Planning, Construction and Corporate, to provide a seamless service.

Take an active role in business development and client relationship management.
REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of 2 years PQE with a solid background in Real Estate law.

Proven experience in handling complex property transactions.

Strong client management and relationship-building skills.

A proactive and solution-driven approach to legal challenges.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
