Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

Coordinate with tenants and landlords, ensuring effective communication and resolving any issues that may arise.

Oversee repairs and maintenance of properties, ensuring that they are in excellent condition.

Conduct property inspections and produce detailed reports.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Negotiate lease renewals and manage end of tenancy processes.

Work closely with the Construction department to ensure properties are fit for purpose.

Continuously strive for improvement in the property management process.
Profile
A successful Property Manager should have:
