Description

• Conduct regular inspections of residential and commercial properties.
• Compile detailed reports on property conditions, including defects and maintenance requirements.
• Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
• Ensure all properties are compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and report on property repair works.
• Maintain up-to-date records of inspections and reports.
• Collaborate with the Construction Department to organise necessary repair works.
• Uphold the company's high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Profile

• A strong understanding of property inspections and health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software.
• The ability to compile detailed and accurate reports.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Job Offer
