Pure are working exclusively with a well established client who are looking for a experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join their customer service team due to growth.
Main Duties:
Creating a booking spreadsheet from trackers for jobs due that month
Management of a tracker on system of data for property/construction clients
Running a small team of 3-4 call handlers.
Delegating daily admin tasks, emails, booking jobs etc
Delivering targets and KPI's to the team
Key Requirements:
Must have Team Leading experience within a office environment
Have worked within a similar environment construction, property.
