Job Title: Senior Site Manager
Location: Lewisham, South London
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + Competitive Package (includes car allowance, private medical cover, discretionary bonus, travel expenses, and 22 days' holiday + bank holidays)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee residential new build projects, typically 10-20 units
• Report to the Contracts Manager and Operations Lead
• Manage residential projects for Local Authorities, Private Developers, and Housing Associations
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality
• Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations on site
• Supervise subcontractors and manage day-to-day site activities
• Conduct regular quality control inspections and manage site documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Mentor and support junior staff members
• Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression
