REED Business Support are pleased to be working with one of Edinburgh’s largest Property Management Companies, who are looking to recruit a ‘Receptionist’ on a Temporary basis. Working in the office, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a positive experience.

Details:

Monday - Friday // 09:00 - 17:00

£13.27 /hr

Office Based Working Pattern

Start Date: Asap

Term: 4 weeks (initially - expected to extend)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to the property management team
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information about our services

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in property management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
