Working in the office, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a positive experience.

Office Based Working Pattern
Start Date: Asap
Term: 4 weeks (initially - expected to extend)
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary

Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to the property management team

Maintain accurate records and files

Respond to inquiries and provide information about our services
What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in property management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
