Niyaa people are working with an education client of ours in Leicestershire to recruit for a Property Manager on a 3 month temporary to permanent basis. The successful Property Manager will be in charge of running planned preventative maintenance contracts (PPM) such as:
Experience in a similar Property manager role, where you have been responsible in managing the above contracts is essential.
Job details:
• 3 month contract paid at £200 per day
• Permanent contract at the end of the 3 month contract, paying un to £35,000
• In office 5 days per week.
