Are you a Plant Fitter or Mechanical Engineer looking for a varied role with workshop and site work, plus overtime and training opportunities?

This is a great chance to join a well-established ground investigation specialist working on major UK infrastructure projects. From their Leeds depot, they maintain a fleet of advanced drilling rigs and plant, with a growing team to support expanding workloads.

You'll split your time between the depot and sites across England and Wales, carrying out fault finding, repairs, and maintenance on diesel engines, hydraulics, and electronic systems. Some overnight stays are required.

The role suits someone with experience on heavy construction equipment, confident in fault finding and repairs, able to read technical diagrams, and happy to travel.

The Role

• Maintain and repair specialist construction machinery
• Work in workshop and on sites across England and Wales
• Fault finding on diesel engines, hydraulics, and electronics
• Monday to Friday 07:30-17:30 plus paid overtime
• On-the-job training and career progression
• OTE up to £62,000

The Person

• NVQ in Plant Maintenance or equivalent
• Valid CSCS card
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience with diesel engines, hydraulics, and construction plant
