A nationally recognised, multi-disciplinary Cost Management Consultancy is looking to add a driven Quantity Surveyor to their team in Leeds.
The Quantity Surveyors' role
Joining a dynamic team, the successful Quantity Surveyor will benefit from outstanding training, mentorship, and genuine career progression opportunities. You'll gain exposure to a diverse range of sectors, including healthcare, education, commercial, residential, defence, and heritage.
This consultancy embraces a flexible hybrid working model, requiring only two days in the office per week, and fosters a supportive culture that prioritises employee well-being.
With a flat organisational structure and a strong focus on internal development, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to step into a leadership role, advance to Senior level, and make a real impact.
In this role, you will work closely with clients, mentor junior colleagues, lead design team meetings with a focus on cost control, and take responsibility for preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and contract documents. You'll also oversee large, complex projects, ensuring effective cost management from start to finish.
