What our client is offering for a successful Customer Service Administrator: -

Salary £26,000 - £27,000 per annum (open to going up to £30,000 per annum for the right candidate)

Monday to Friday (08:30 - 17:00)

The Role - Customer Service Administrator:
-
Responsible for processing orders onto the system, checking stock levels and ensuring customer service satisfaction during each email and telephone call interaction

Responding to customer email and telephone requests
-
Confirming prices and processing new orders
-
Up-sell orders where possible and offer alternatives
-
Assist customers with their invoice enquiries
-
Meet KPIs: Customer Happiness, Orders Processed, Response Time
What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Administrator :

Previous experience working in an administrative role processing orders -
ESSENTIAL

Experience working in a construction / civils / building services industry -

Excellent telephone manner
