We're Hiring: Freelance Site Manager
Location: Lancaster & Kendal
Sectors: Hospitals
Project Types: Commercial Refurb
FREELANCE: £250 per day
Duration: Long term

Duties of the Freelance Site Manager include:

• Oversee hospital ward refurb projects
• Report to Project Manager
• Monitor site progress and ensure health & safety is met
• Support design team, consultant, and client reps
• Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal)
• Ensure project runs smoothly on day to day basis
• Ensure H&S is adhered to & updated accordingly
• Record on-site progress and lookaheads
• Report into Senior Management
• Work closely with the contracts manager

Required Qualifications/Experience as a Freelance Site Manager:

• Experience as a Site Manager (commercial refurb)
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
• Minimum of 4+ years experience in a Site Managers position
• UK driving license and access to own vehicle
