Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations including steel erection and cladding
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, plant, and materials
• Ensure safe, compliant, and timely delivery of all works
• Carry out inductions, toolbox talks, RAMS checks, and safety audits
• Maintain accurate site records and report progress
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing structural steel or heavy engineering sites
• Strong knowledge of steel erection, H&S compliance, and site procedures
• SMSTS and CSCS (Manager level)
• Ability to interpret drawings and lead site teams effectively
• Full driving licence
