Site Manager – Commercial Projects (Temp to Perm) – North Region – Van Included

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager for ongoing commercial build and commercial fit-out projects across the North.

Start date: January / February
This is NOT retail fit-out – commercial experience required.

• Daily site management

• Supervision of trades & subcontractors

• Maintaining standards, paperwork, and H&S

• Working to changing deadlines and fast-moving programmes

• Commercial build/fit-out experience

• SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, First Aid

• Ability to manage pressured timelines

• Driving licence

• Temp to Perm opportunity

• Excellent pay rates

• Company van included
