Known for delivering high-quality groundwork packages on residential, commercial, and industrial schemes, they have a healthy pipeline of secured work and are expanding their site leadership team.
Your new role
As Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of groundworks operations on site — including earthworks, drainage, foundations, concrete works, and external finishes. You’ll manage site teams and subcontractors, ensure health & safety compliance, monitor progress against programme, and liaise with clients and project managers to ensure smooth delivery.
What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience managing groundworks or civils projects
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certification
• Strong understanding of temporary works, RAMS, and site logistics
• Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and deliver to programme
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
