Sales Manager
Based in Kingston upon Thames
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum + Bonus
Full time role covering London & South East area
Our client is seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Manager to lead their sales team. The ideal candidate will be eager to mentor and develop a team within a fast-paced and technically driven environment supplying to a high end market.
Your role will be instrumental in fostering the company's growth and maintaining the reputation for quality and excellence in the architectural interior design products market
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute yearly plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market.

Manage and oversee the sales team to drive sales performance, including setting sales targets and monitoring team members' performance.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Manage / have oversight of delivery schedules

Manage / have oversight of sampling

Lead the sales time in promoting the business with open days, working with organisations such as BIID to develop training days and customer visits.
Key Experience Required:

Proven work experience as a sales manager or a similar role in the interior design . architectural or construction related industry to a high end market

Well-spoken with excellent communication and customer facing skills

Excellent negotiation skills. business development and account management skills

Strong business sense and industry expertise.

Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills

IT literate
-
Live within easy commuting distance of Kingston Upon Thames.
