Adaptations Surveyor - Local Government - About The Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently representing a Public Sector organisation who are looking to recruit an interim Adaptations Surveyor. This role offers £36 - £39 an hour via umbrella with flexible, hybrid working and the possibility of going permanent.

Adaptations Surveyor - Local Government - About The Role:

• Attending tenanted properties with a view to specifying disabled adaptations based on the recommendations of an Occupational Therapist
• Cad drawing will be required when specifying ramps
• Sending specifications to our partnering contractor, reviewing quotes, issuing task orders
• Arranging asbestos surveys, project openings, work in progress inspections and joint hand overs

Adaptations Surveyor - Local Government - What You Need:

• Full UK driving licence and access to own car
• Experience of CAD
• Experience within a Local Government or a Social Housing environment is desirable
