Contracts Administrator

I am currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator, to join my client on a 9 month FTC.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar role, and have a strong understanding of the construction industry.

Responsibilities of the Contracts Administrator role –

  • Coordinate day to day requirements of site and labour, for the Contracts Manager and their team.
  • Communicate with site staff to confirm attendance.
  • To upload employee timesheets online to the system ready for weekly payroll.
  • Organise and coordinate agency staff cover each week.

Requirements for the Contracts Administrator role –

  • Previous experience within a similar position, within the construction industry is ESSENTIAL .
  • Excellent communication skills – verbally and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Problem solving skills and able to use initiative.

Extra information for the Contracts Administrator role –

  • Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:30
  • Full time, office based.
  • Free parking onsite.
  • £13 - £15 P/H PAYE
