Atkinson Moss are delighted to be supporting their client in search for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be flexible, detail-orientated and able to work in fast paced environments.
Role Responsibilities:
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
- Experience within a construction company or with an entrepreneur will be well regarded
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Macs/IOS
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
This is a permanent and full-time position offering a salary of £30,000 although negotiable dependant on experience. Working hours are Monday - Friday 7.30am- 4.30pm and the position is office based.
