Central London | £80,000 – £100,000 + Package | Permanent, Full-Time | ASAP Start

A leading main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a flagship project in the heart of West Central London. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of the commercial delivery of a landmark scheme, backed by a secured pipeline of work through to 2030.

You will play a pivotal role on a high-profile Central London development, working alongside an established senior team and reporting directly to the Commercial Manager. The scheme combines technical complexity with genuine architectural ambition - the kind of project that stands out on a CV.

THE ROLE

• Full commercial responsibility for allocated packages from procurement through to final account.
• Prepare, negotiate and agree subcontract orders, valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Manage cost reporting, CVRs and cash flow forecasting.
• Support and mentor Assistant and Intermediate QSs within the team.
• Work closely with the project delivery team to protect margin and drive value.

THE CANDIDATE

• Proven track record as a Senior QS with a UK main contractor or Tier 1,2 or 3 subcontractor.
• You may have a Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
• MRICS desirable but not essential — commercial acumen and delivery come first.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Right to work in the UK (essential).
