A leading multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Fire Safety Consultant to join their established London team.
With a dedicated team of six fire professionals, they deliver expert fire safety services across a diverse range of sectors, including residential (new build & existing housing stock), education, healthcare, commercial, and hotels.
The Fire Safety Consultant's Role
The Fire Safety Consultant will play a key role in delivering fire safety solutions across a variety of projects.

Conducting fire safety surveys and assessments

Advising on fire safety strategies for new and existing buildings

Providing expertise on facades and external wall fire safety

Delivering fire risk assessments and compliance reports

Engaging with clients, design teams, and regulatory bodies to ensure fire safety compliance
The Succesful Fire Safety Consultant Will Have

A recognised fire safety qualification (e.g. IFE, IFSM, NEBOSH Fire Certificate, CFPA Diploma)

Ideally a Building Surveying or strong construction background, with a solid understanding of buildings

Experience in fire safety surveying, advisory, and facade assessments

Knowledge of fire safety regulations, including the Building Safety Act and Fire Safety Order

Experience working across residential, education, healthcare, commercial, or hotel sectors

Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders
