Position: General Operative

Our client is looking for a reliable and hardworking General Operative to join a civil project based in Kendal (LA9 6NL). This is a long‑term opportunity for the right person, with work expected to continue for up to 6 months.

• Assisting with general labouring and site duties
• Supporting trades and operators
• Keeping the site clean, safe, and organised
• Following instructions from supervisors and site management

• Valid CSCS card
• Previous onsite experience preferred
• Good work ethic and reliability
• Able to start tuesday
• At least two references
