Office Location: Medway

Remuneration: £30,000 - £35,000neg + up to 30% bonus

The role of the Internal Sales- Steel Reinforcement & Prefabricated Rebar will involve:

• Internal sales role selling steel reinforcement, prefabricated rebar and BIM solutions
• Selling into smaller sub-contractors & developers
• Working projects in the commercial, residential, infrastructure, house build, healthcare and industrial sector
• Good blend of account management and new business
• Dealing with inbound sales enquiries via telephone and email
• Processing orders and making cold calls with a focus on generating new business
• Pro-actively selling, following up leads and enquiries promptly
• Producing quotes to customers and following up to convert sale

The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales - Steel Reinforcement & Prefabricated Rebar with:

• Must have sales experience in construction; internal sales, sales support, sales admin etc.
• Ideally experience with steel reinforcement & prefabricated rebar however would also consider product such as: heavyside, concrete, aggregates, construction accessories, structural building products
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Pro-active approach to generating new business
• Driven, enthusiastic, hungry and lots of self-motivation
