Town Planner - Belfast

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process planning applications across a variety of projects
• Engage with stakeholders, local authorities, and clients to deliver planning solutions
• Prepare reports, documents, and planning submissions
• Provide advice on planning policies, regulations, and guidelines
• Contribute to the development of strategic planning projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Town Planning or related field
• Working towards or already achieved Chartered status (e.g., MRTPI)
• Relevant experience in town planning or development management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
