Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Telehandler Operator to work on a solar farm project in Skegness (PE24 5AY). The project is due to start on 15th June 2026 for 3 to 4 days.

• Operate the telehandler safely and efficiently on site.
• Support the team with material movement and site logistics.
• Follow site safety procedures at all times.
• Carry out daily equipment checks and report any issues.

• Valid CPCS or NPORS ticket.
• Full PPE (hi-vis, hard hat, boots).
• Proven on-site experience.
• Reliable and positive working attitude.
• Construction-based work references.

• Negotiable hourly rate.
